Return and Refund Policy

 

We at max solutions strive to provide the highest level of service and products to our customers. The return and refund policy applies to the “Nedaa” service and wireless devices according to the following conditions:

 

First: Return Policy

Return period:

  • The customer can request a return of the product within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Products not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse.
  • Products that have been modified or customized based on customer request.
  • Digital services or licenses that have been activated.

Return procedures:

  • Customer must provide original purchase invoice.
  • The product is inspected for condition before a return is approved.
  • The customer bears the shipping costs for returning the product.

Second: Refund Policy

Cases eligible for a refund:

  • If a product is received that is defective or different from what was ordered.
  • If the product is not delivered within the specified period due to an error by the company.
  • If the service is cancelled before it starts.

Refund procedures:

  • Refund request is submitted via email: info@nedaa.sa.
  • Refund requests are processed within 3 business days of receipt of the request.
  • Refunds will be made using the same method of original payment (bank transfer/credit card/cash).

Administrative fees:

  • An administration fee of 15% may be deducted from the refund amount in some cases.

Third: General Conditions

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not comply with the above conditions.
